Day 1

10am - 2 eggs, 4 egg whites, 2 peaches, 3 liberal scoops of almond butter

WOD -
1RM deadlift - #335 fml
21-15-9 squats burpees - 2:37 (I think)

Post WOD Banana

3pm - salad w/ chicken, bacon, tomatoes, scallions, oil and vinaeger

5pm - turkey with mustard, bacon, lettuce tomato.  almonds.
